Here’s a fun DIY class idea! a car theme. This is for the men as well as the women. There are everyday uses for essential oils that you may not have already thought of. Here are some ideas for some pretty inexpensive DIYs that you can make in a short amount of time, along with their instructions for use.

Window Cleaner

  • Add 4 ounces of vinegar to a glass spray bottle along with 3 drops of Lemon essential oil.When it comes time to use it, shake well and spray onto windows, allowing it to sit for a few minutes before wiping with a piece of dry newspaper for a streak-free shine.

Interior Protectant

  • Combine 1 cup olive oil and 5 drops Lemon in a glass spray bottle or bowl. Use a clean cloth to wipe a small amount of the mixture into your dashboard and any other plastic or vinyl surfaces. Wipe off excess with another cleaning rag.

Carpet and Upholstery Stain Remover

  • To form a paste, mix 1 part white vinegar, 2 parts baking soda, and 2-6 drops of Purify, Lemon, Lavender, Melalueca, or Wild Orange.Work the paste into any stain using a toothbrush. Allow the paste to dry and then vacuum the stain away. For a stubborn stain, this process may need to be done more than once.

Air Freshener

  • Trace out a pattern (we like the drop pattern) onto wool felt or cut a pattern freehand. Punch a hole at the top. Thread through it a piece of twine and tie it into a loop to hang from your rearview mirror. Put several drops of your favorite essential oil onto the wool for an all-natural air freshener.
